Michael R. Small

Mr. Small has over 18 years of litigation experience and regularly appears in State Court as well as Administrative Courts for Workers Compensation matters. His practice covers a wide range of insurance defense matters, including defense of third party premises, automobile liability actions and workers compensation matters.  Michael has handled complex litigation matters from inception, through trial and the appellate process involving construction litigation, complex orthopedic injuries and products liability.  Michael has also handled 100s of Workers Compensation matters over his career.

Michael’s best ¼ mile time in the Grand National was a 9.9 second pass at 141MPH;
