John D. Lemonick

Attorney at Law

Mr. Lemonick has over 20 years trial experience and regularly appears in State and Federal Court. His practice includes a wide range of insurance defense matters, including the defense of third party premises and automobile liability actions.  John also defends 1st and 3rd party property and casualty matters, such as under and uninsured motorist actions, matters involving extra contractual and additional insured issues and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Lemonick has served as a Court appointed Settlement Master.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lemonick worked with the Washington office of Senator Arlen Specter (R, PA), and later with Senator Specter’s Juvenile Justice Subcommittee. He served as a Law Clerk to the late Honorable Albert R. Subers in the Montgomery Court of Common Pleas.
